How to Integrate With Shopify to Build a Unified Customer Experience

Being integration first, being really well integrated with the Shopify ecosystem was super important to us and our Clavio integration. We're actually some of the first features that we built because we understood the importance of those integrations in building a unified customer experience. And so even if you think about what Shopify is sending by default to customers, they're great. But as a merchant, you can't measure them. You don't know when in the customer journey they've received those communications from a support perspective. So again, merchants have full control of that customer experience.
