The Importance of Hydrogen in the Future
Our fourth witness is Robert Howarth, a climate scientist at Cornell University in the United States. He argues electrolyzing hydrogen from water is simply not a good use of electricity. And he is scathing about the concept of blue hydrogen that we heard about in part one. The hydrogen that's produced from fossil fuels with the resulting carbon dioxide captured before it can enter the atmosphere.
