There are things, i'm sure everybody can think of that they want to stop doing that they can't just stop doing by willing it right now. So because like if i wantd to join the nfe, when i want to play like j j watt, well, i can't just go out there and do it even if i will to or desire to. There has to be some training that takes place. When you fast, you're basically saying, look, body, i know you're hungry, but you don't tell me when to eat. And thus, i'm developing my inner spiritual self. That is why often say christ had miracle time. I mean mountain time before
