John Eastman Is a Real Person Who Knew Better and Was Doing It Anyway
John Eastman was the one primarily advising trump, more than any of trump's other attorneys. He took the fifth amendment a hundred times in his appearance before the committee. We now know he asked for a pardon after january sixth, which means that what he did is criminal activity for which he could be prosecuted. There are a lot more john eastmans out there, and they're going to get a lot more help next time around.
