Sleep Quantified Self Trackers - Are They a Good Idea?

Sleep trackers are only about 70 to 75% accurate in telling you when you went to sleep and when you got up. The currently available commercial devices are really pretty inaccurate compared to lab-based tests. When it starts to actually make you anxious or worry about your sleep then they can be harmful. None of the sleep foundations and societies will endorse any of these current devices.
