Is Your Customer and Your Employees the Most Important Assets?

Many companies operate that way, even though they 're not aware the're operating that way. When you do things from the customer or the employee's point of view, it's actually economically better for the company. Without customers and without employees, there is no company. And yet, neither are on the piano. We do not account for their value. But i think what's happening to companies is that if they aren't waking up,  they're going to find themselves in a very precarious situation.
