Breath is not form I just I absolutely love that that might have to be the title of this podcast because I think that's just fantastic yeah. Even if we look at the mitochondria you know the the thousands of mitochondria in every single cell that metabolizes breath essentially it has its own set of DNA different from the DNA in the nucleus in the chromosomes. That set of DNA is only inherited from our maternal line interesting and so they're able to trace this DNA all the way back through our maternal ancestry, 200,000 years ago.
