I don't believe that you have a right to health care, even though obviously the more health care we can provide to people in the most efficient possible manner, better. The issue here is the issue of right. And rights are very you don't want to multiply rights on necessity, because every right that you multiply puts the onus of responsibility on every one as well. They're not cost free. I'm also not a fan of bills of rights; i like the english system much better. It's just a sort of conservative maverick path breaking pablum and lashing out at our friend Cale Said who imagined himself to be some kind of savior for his country. Ye
