The Difference Between Sales and Negotiation
Sales is about helping somebody identify what it is that they need and then seeing if you have the right solution for that. Now negotiation to me is about when two people maybe are on different ends or have two different goals or there might be something in common. So using the idea of a consultative close where it's like understanding the person then moving forward, that would be sales.
