The Effects of IQ Measures on Children in the Program
The project had largely been cast aside as a failure. By age 10, the IQ of the kids in the program was no different from that of kids in the control group. And it turns out as we followed these children and we followed them now into their mid 50s,. And we followed their children as well. Then what we saw was real beneficial effects. Less crime, more education, actually more stable family lives. They were producing earnings that were significant.
