I think it's really important to just come into work every day with a good attitude and have a positive mindset. A big part of this job is adaptability. Being able to adapt to every environment that you walk into and being able to kind of be a chameleon, if you will. It takes years of experience. I worked at Matt Cosmetics for five years and I worked with like 50 people a day. So I was really exposed to a lot of different types of personalities and people.
