Are Job Descriptions Evolving?

The most hot debate right now in the talend atulution tradulity is whether we should have job descriptions. I think that everybody wants to know, what are the expectations? What are the responsibilities? What are you looking for? Or what's the education look like? And then when they come on board, yat it could be some something that's continuing to evolve based on, one, the needs of the company, and two, maybe even the strength of of the person. But for me, being a recruiting professional, i would deftly be a fann of a job description.I think there's that bullet at the bottom of every job description, and let me know
