I did it as an act of obedience. The lord said, i mean, ita go goe o. But i don't think it was because he was departing them. I just want to serve jesus and then die and go to heaven. That's what i love about it is that i didn't have to compromise on any a level with the with how scripture is uplifted as authoritative for all things life and godliness.
