Pre Workout Feeding
i look at most of the feeding strategies of alete endurance athletes, it is individualized. They figure out what they're gut tolerance is. And i think it should be the same way here. It would be a lack of due diligence to not address time restricted feeding when you start talking about pary work out feeding as well. I just have coffee, and my performance improved. Anecdotel, it seems to be highly popular in males in their twenties.
