i try write poems myself, as you may know. And i found myself writing a poem four or five years ago. It was commissioned by the national gallery of ireland and i chose to write a poem about chickens. Now, chickens r ar quite remarkable in that their body temperature is very, very high, and they're more or less lizards. I generally find people are appreciative of my work in the rice. I'm trying to save them from potential embarrassment. That's right. There are so many conceptions about the world and the way that it works, that seldom do, i think, people stop to really check what we perceive to be basic facts about the world.
