Is the Dollar Going Strong?

Right now, the overwhelming position of hedge funds and other speculators is that the dollar will strengthen. The environment for investing here has been a little more attractive. What do I do in my own investment portfolio to take advantage of strengthening currencies or weakening currencies? Nothing. There's too many factors, too many unknowns. It's just something that can't be predicted.
