The Importance of Assessing a Person's Beliefs

I do genuinely believe that she had some psychotic beliefs in there there before the death of children. And I think she didn't make them up afterwards to make the killing more convenient for her. She was apparently found in Compton to stand trial initially, which is eventually trial quite recently. Usually it's quite hard to fake mental illness for a proper psychiatrist because you get to look at all the medical notes and you get to observe them either in prison or in psychiatric hospital. So it's so hard then to know who's to blame here.
