A canadian judge ruled that it was not in this case legally actionable. Flipping the proverbial bird is a god-given charter enshrined right that belongs to every red-blooded canadian. The Romans called it the digitus imputicus or the unchaste finger. It's an import into swedish culture from american culture and we call it the fuckeu finger.
