The Supreme Court Has Hostiled the System
Justice Sodi of the Delhi High Court is not right in saying that the Supreme Court has hijacked this system. Primacy must always be with the judiciary and the role of the government is consultative. The curriculum which was brought about by the second judge's case in 1993 was in response to this situation. This is a system that has worked from 1993 onwards and remains in place today.
