Are the Police Supposed to Get a Call?

The Bible teaches that there is an active involvement. The Bible does not teach. Do nothing. We see this in the book of Acts in the lives of the apostles. In Acts chapter 22, Paul brings up that he's a Roman citizen and what you're about to do, I don't think this is the right thing to do. And it actually scares them and they stop. Even Jesus himself gets punched in the mouth but doesn't throw a fit or demand his rights.
