Research shows that chewing gum can crease your alertness and intellectual performance. Chewing anything but a gum makes your mouth have more saliva, which i need right now. It removes a lot of bacteria from your mouth, so similar amounts that you remove from flossing,. However, gum with sugar basically negates this, because then the bacteria actually eat or, thank pori.
