The Importance of Beliefs in ADHD

As that energy center develops before the age of two, we're not really coherently thinking about things, but we are feeling them. So this is where thoughts and feelings start to solidify into ideas and beliefs,. And there are six major beliefs that all humans hold. There's a belief around your worthiness, your value, your loveability, your personal power, your deservedness, and your sense of being good or bad. These beliefs get locked in at that really early age and those beliefs inform our sense of personal power and boundaries.
