At least two companies rebuild their product every eight, one does it every 18 months. That's a huge undertaking and you're likely to miss a lot of things to go slowly. We have options today that just simply didn't exist years ago because we've learned how to decompose really large products. There are so many awesome SaaS companies that are API first in their offerings which allow you to stand on the shoulders of giants.
