If you're struggling with insomnia, it could be just things like when you get into bed, you're super tired and you can't fall asleep or things like that. Only two things happen in your bed: You have sex and you sleep and nothing else goes down in your bed. The only other thing I would think of is, and I hate to say this because it's not super practical, but it's just quite clear at this point, sleeping with a partner in your bed,. It's just not very good for sleep. If you actually want to have a little bit of excitement and reward before getting out of bed, use an anticipatory response app such as Time Shifter.
