The Backlog vs the Outcomes
Under what circumstances does it make sense where you can derive your ocrs from the back log? I'm pausing because, ir there are an awful lot of teams out there who are measured on the quantity they deliver. And i think in those circumstances, it probably makes sense to craft your o krs around the subsection of back log that you are going to do - but just be aware that these are the conditions that would make that e most successful. Kind of approach like that saw. Tage, so, as with all these things, you know, im inspect and adapt.
