The Story of a Bicycle Accident

Micheal bryant's story of his altercation with darcy allan shepard does not start at the mid block pedestrian crossway where the altercation was first noticed by stephen victoria. It actually starts at the main intersection. According to michael bryant, traffic had slowed down because of construction and a clearly misplaced traffic cone which was blocking a lane. He said that when he looked ahead, he noticed an individual throwing debris on to the road to impede traffic. But curiously, the court heard nothing about any other motorists who came forward to report they had witnessed such bizarre behavior on that same stretch of bluer street that night. Nothing either from any bystanders or pedestrians.
