How Did Plutarch Change His Speeches?

He was thought to be a weak speaker with a weak voice and he couldn't pronounce one of his words properly. He started writing speeches for prominent politicians, who often attacked each other through the law courts. Partly he has a great rhetorical knowledge but partly he seems to very quickly have acquired an astute political understanding of both international affairs and also of contemporary internal politics in Athens.
