The Importance of Having a Staff
I like, I like having a staff. When I would hire writers, I hired them for a year. Some worked until from seven in the morning till like four o'clock in the afternoon,. Then I had a second staff that worked to three or four in the morning. And it worked out great. We all got along pretty well. Didn't have any real problems. You know, anytime there's a problem, we just sort of stopped and dealt with it. No one grudges you how much money you're making if you appear to be working harder than anyone else.
