What Am I Afraid Of?
The first step is always awareness. You see it and then you work with it on one of the five levels I just outlined. So if it's triggered emotionally and you really are scared, you want to learn how not to identify with the part because feelings are just energy. They're not facts. If you learn how to breathe into and welcome the sensations in the body, you're not run by them. It takes 90 seconds to allow a sensation to be here without for it to move on. And so if there's an emotion that's here for more than 90 seconds, it means you're thinking the emotion into existence. And you want to learning how to take dominion over your inner experience
