How to Read a New Book

When reading a new book, do we need to read something slightly difficult? Sometimes it might be intimidating when not grasping everything. I follow what Dr. Stephen Krashen recommends called free voluntary reading. Voluntary means you choose free and again means you choose. It's whatever you want to do and it can just be your mood. So the important thing is you just always doing something in English.
