The Importance of Habits

This is one day out of however many days. I'm gonna be alive even if it's a bad year. In the grand scheme of things when you look at the big picture It's really all just gonna be okay. Take the elephant off your shoulders because I know that it's on all of ours and every once in a while I'll feel mine starting to come back, but no no Eventually life makes sense The good the bad the ugly is all part of the picture. And so take it as you will But hold on to it Moving into the next one.
