Simple Is a Brand Founded in the 90s

simple was a brand founded in the 90s by a guy named Eric Meyer, super talented, really smart guy. He wanted to change in and out of his wetsuit without getting dirty. The trademark hadn't been activated for a while and deckers had acquired it. So we did a deal to acquire the trademark for simple because we love the brand. And this idea of like simple and ordinary, but extraordinary is sort of like leading the brand kind of on that.
