How to Coach a National Team
I want people we really want to be, a group of problem solvers there when we want to win epic tournaments. Problems will come up in the course of a tournament that we probably have never faced before. But if we at least know what to do when we don't know what todo, that's a good start. I think of it like when people practice a martial art for a long time and they get their first degree black belt, they don't just stop. What do they do? They turn right around and start working for their second degree back black belt and then their third. And so I'd like to see, I would like to help foster lots of that in our
