Building a Great Company - The Product Team Is the Most Important Thing
I like aanalogy of the architects looking at the building and whato lik it's the jobs to be done, whateer our customers need to get done. And then thinking about what teams and ture we need in place. Because i think very often we automatically gravitate towards like the typical sales, marketing, engineering, product and these seams. I've seen in different companies where the product team of the engineering team are like the gods of the company, and that's the most important thing. If anything may be, the interaction that human touch, hat the hav it supports, is probably the most important action.
