The Importance of Values in Diversity
When you see something starting to turn woke and you say, Nope, not here. You don't hire people who are woke, because they're a liability to your company. If somebody starts throwing the woke fit, you have to figure out savvy strategic ways to get rid of them. In general, though, if we're going to tend our garden, protect our ground, we have to get our values right.
