The most of the Wagner group are dead, so they're not doing anything. I don't see that Wagner's got enough agency or power to turn back into Russia and challenge Putin fully. If there was a scenario in which Russia descended into some kind of civil dissent or civil war, anyone with the private army is going to be having a good time with it. But I don't think that Wagner itself is anything more than a symptom of that potential.
