Ernie's new friend doesn't seem to hear him though. She just carries on playing with the water, completely unaware of Ernie's gaping mouth. "I lived inside a beautiful daffodil until it died," she says before looking up into his face and saying 'That's gee whiz' He thinks: I see why you do it so much. You can share with others. So many things with the word shapes. But now I believe that I am done. I will cease reading your mind.
