Dr. Anna Zeta is Associate Professor of History and the founding Director of the Food Studies Program in the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences at Virginia Tech. She's here today to talk about her latest book, called US History and Fifteen Foods. It inaugurates a new series from Bloomsbury called History in Fif15. This is the first in a planned series.
