The Power of Being Present

Mark Doyle, aka “Mucus Aurelius” as he is known by many on instagram, is a gem of a human. Aside from running a hilarious meme account where he posts an absurd amount of really funny content, Mark is stay at home dad, and recently a cancer survivor. In this episode we talk about  how Mark comes up with his memes, the loss of Mark’s dad, the kindness of humanity, how prayer affects someone in need, being “cry dads,” being sad that that our kids are growing up too fast, and many more seriously and silly things.
