The film is so smart in giving us characters that are loyal to each other. There's a well designed character web where there is this hole in the middle of it, right? Because you have money, who its like the worst case sort of son. You have cousin gregg fredo, who is just like, i don't know what i'm doing. And then, and then you have tom, who's like, really smart, but is not technically part of the family. The movie literalizes that in the opening scene at the wedding, where they're like, harryk a family photo. Micae, where's mical is he not here yet? I was thinking
