How Do You Awake From Being Lost in a Thought?
Pay particular attention to those moments when you awaken from being lost in a thought. The tendency is to rush back to some other object, tho rush back to the breath, the walking. Take some time to really see and be mindful of the aware mind. This is what the wakeful mind is like. As many times as you get lost, that many times do you awaken.
