Is There a Difference Between the Name and the Water Boil?
Sellers: We can be certain of our own name, which I love. But because in a way, we're relying on the testimony of others as well. And if someone were to dispute it, I should straightaway make connections with innumerable things, which make it certain. Well, ironically, in the text, he doesn't actually say Ludwig Kitchin-Sten. It's too shy. He puts L.W., which I think just totally undermines his whole point. "I know my name is Dylan Casey or I know that water boil is at 100 degrees," Sellers says. In some ways, it seems like a trivial fact.
