Customer Journey Map - What's Yours?

If you're buying a business that works the exact same product and maybe you're just entering into a new geography. You might not have that much to integrate into because there are so many similarities. Customer contract structuring is really tricky. So, for example, if you have some SLA reporting to do, and that's not captured in any of your systems. That means someone on the team will need to manually track any sort of SLA. Okay, so any new customers would need to be onboarded into the prevailing prospect customer or order to cash system. There's a whole data alignment cleansing and migration process that happens there.
