Why Are You Weeping?
John chapter 20 is clearly one of the most powerful and moving stories within the whole of the bible. Mary magdalen comes to the tomb early in the morning but sees that the stone has been rolled away. She runs and tells simon peter and the other disciple the disciple jesus loved with the author of the gospel. And throughout this story we see points at which both disciples are connected to each other, suggesting some sort of contrast between them.
