Connecting With People and Organizations Through Social Media Platforms

In the last few years, and especially with a lot more remote working, do you see that the means of achieving this has changed in some ways? I would say it's only accelerated, right? So, going through covet and expanding remote options to deliver value for people and organizations. And so i think the modes of operation maybe haven't necessarily changed, but they've just accelerted in many cases.
