i just had this trust that if i did what i loved, and which brought me so much joy, that i would be joined by people. And also, in l a, i really came to realize that people were more isolated than i would have dreamed,. coming from boston, which is like a small town compared to ella. You know, the currency of la ah, belongingshalwy sa, regt and andsomehow i really, i look back, somebody asked me the other day, how did you do it? N i have no idea. Out of thin air, you know, came this centre that has become one of the premier meditation and mindfulness centres in the city
