Hire Someone Who's an Industry Expert

Too often we just kind of throw someone in the mix and they don't really know. That's a really uphill battle, especially for that person. So i think actually the best way to do it is to go hire someone who's an industry expertnd just say, like, we hired this person. They're known in the industry, everybody knows them,. And they're going to lead this effort here or there on not to contribute heavily to this effort here.
