The Growth of the Acquisition Business

In six years, six and a half years, we grew about 50 or 60% in spend volume. And so at least it was pretty clear to me that some the buyer for my business or the ideal buyer of my business was going to be a larger version of me. So I've been approached by a couple of different groups and had met with them both about ways we could partner together then maybe this one evolved into an acquisition discussion. That started in actually early last year.
