The Importance of Awareness in UX

Jonas Sartos-Drum: We're already in that sense of urgency. With the cyber attacks, just spoke about and like, I checked out one of the switch banks and their entire systems have been down at least once every month for five months. This is of course a broad challenge for UX but I think we're in a good position to make people aware of this. And more of us in UX need to realize it and take more responsibility.
