American Income Life Insurance vs Google
American income life insurance said content from two websites, including www.scam.com, is prominently featured in web searches for American income life insurance. The lawsuit was filed against Google directly as well as the unnamed owners of the websites. In November 2011, the US 9th Circuit Court of Appeals sided with Google when a construction firm sued the search engine for posting an anonymous review criticizing the construction firm's work.
